If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong wanu water order, please contact customer service at the place of purchase. If you believe there is a quality issue with your wanu water, please take note of the code and the “best by” date printed on the neck of the bottle and email us at info@wanuwater.com so that we can trace the specific batch of wanu you have received..
