Low Sugar No Bake Energy Bites

These delicious energy bites are chock full of nutrients and without excess sugars! They are raw and no bake, which means they are super simple to make. Not only that, but they’re also nut-free and can be enjoyed by all!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sunflower seed butter
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.

Making sure your hands are slightly damp to prevent sticking, roll the mixture into individual 1-inch balls and place onto a parchment paper covered plate or baking sheet.

Place the energy bites in the fridge to cool.

Once cool, you might want to perfect their shape now that they are easier to work with.

Enjoy chilled or take them on the go!
